This is a full-cycle, in-market, door-to-door sales role focused on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored marketing and advertising solutions within the insurance industry.

What You’ll DoProspect and generate new business through door-to-door outreach and in-market engagement
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Educate potential clients on marketing and advertising solutions tailored to insurance products and services
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Conduct needs assessments and present customized proposals
Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics consistently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Identify and approach new prospects daily in assigned territories
Deliver compelling sales presentations that drive conversion
Negotiate and close deals efficiently
Maintain a high level of activity (appointments, presentations, and follow-ups)
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in face-to-face, door-to-door sales environments
Self-motivated with a high level of discipline and accountability
