Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative Description - This role is responsible for engaging with potential clients, utilizing strategic thinking to align business goals, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. The role conducts independent outbound sales, achieving or surpassing sales targets consistently.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound sales activities independently, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sales process and effectively moving leads through the pipeline.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance goals consistently, showing a strong grasp of both transactional and solutions-based selling.
- Apply strategic thinking to engage with customers aligned with specific business objectives, making informed decisions about when to involve outside sales representatives for more complex or competitive scenarios.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value proposition of products and services.
- Prospect and uncover sales opportunities within existing customers, while effectively managing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in accordance with organization sales processes.
- Partner effectively with other teams within the organization to ensure coordinated and efficient account management, collaborating as needed to improve win rates.
- Take ownership of accurate forecasting for sales activities, considering historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Coordinate the necessary resources and support to effectively execute business strategies and sales initiatives.
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.

Salary & BenefitsOn‑target earnings (OTE) range: $29 to $42 per hour with a 60%/40% salary/incentive mix. Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
