Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative, Outbound – Responsible for initiating outbound calls to introduce HP products and services, tailoring sales pitches to customer needs, qualifying leads, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Responsibilities- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing HP products, services, and solutions.
- Develop a solid understanding of HP’s offerings, key features, and benefits to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Deliver sales pitches tailored to customer needs, focusing on the benefits and value of the products or services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, gathering relevant information and documenting details in the CRM system.
- Participate in promotion campaigns, conveying special offers, discounts, and promotions to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Follow standard policies for responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing concerns.
- Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quotas and lead generation goals.
- Contribute to pipeline management and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of customer interactions, conversations, and outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or higher secondary education, or equivalent work experience and demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2–4 years of work experience, preferably in inside sales, tele‑sales, or a related field.
- Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)

Impacts the immediate team and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
ComplexityWorks on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution.
Salary & BenefitsOn‑target earnings (OTE) range: $24 to $35 USD per hour (60% salary / 40% incentive mix). Pay varies by location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
