* Must be currently licensed as an Armed Security Guard in New Mexico to be considered.

• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. PPS will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

• The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Uphold integrity by creating an open forum for employees and customers to voice opinions, report improprieties, and share information.
• Maintain vigilance: seeing, hearing, and evaluating potential risks or incidents.
• Remain attentive to notice details others may miss.
• Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers where appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Pay: $22.50 per hour (plus Overtime where applicable)

Biweekly pay. Flexible schedules.

• Ability to obtain security certification according to the State of New Mexico
