Mobile Services Manager

Securitas is seeking a Mobile Services Manager to lead mobile security operations across multiple client locations. In this field-based role, you will oversee patrol and response teams, ensure consistent, high-quality service, and act as a key liaison with clients. Responsibilities include planning routes, scheduling and supervising officers, monitoring incident reports, and enforcing safety and compliance standards. You will coach and develop staff, coordinate with operations leaders, and leverage technology to optimize coverage and response times while upholding Securitas' mission of protecting people and property.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule mobile security teams to support multiple client sites
• Ensure consistent delivery of patrol, response, and protection services
• Monitor service quality, incident reports, and compliance with procedures
• Coordinate deployment of vehicles, equipment, and mobile technology
• Train, coach, and evaluate mobile officers for performance and safety
• Serve as primary point of contact for client service needs and escalations
• Analyze routes, response times, and staffing to optimize coverage
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with operations and account managers on service plans
• Prepare reports and metrics on mobile operations and service outcomes
