Weir Plumbing Heating and Cooling LLC is seeking a skilled and self‑motivated Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our dedicated Field Operations team. This hands‑on role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across residential and commercial job sites. • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics for HVAC systems
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on HVAC equipment and controls
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal codes
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
• Accurately document service reports, work orders, and material usage
• Mentor apprentices and support the development of junior team members

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service
• Sheet metal fabrication / installation experience
• Valid JR / JSM license/certification preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must own basic hand tools
• Must pass a background check in compliance with applicable laws
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Monday to Friday, Full‑Time, with occasional overtime based on project needs

Work performed at various job sites across the region. Travel may be required based on project location.
