We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will help ensure that facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility issues as they arise.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, parts usage, and completed work.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed for specialized repairs or services.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations at all times.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
- Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills for documenting work orders and maintenance logs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and standard repair equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
