These roles focus on configuring the Naehas platform's content rules and workflows to support personalized marketing and regulatory compliance.
Primary Duties- Configure dynamic content rules and templates using JavaScript.
- Manage customer communication workflows.
- Ensure compliance rules are triggered correctly.
- Provide technical documentation to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with JavaScript.
- Experience with customer engagement/marketing workflows.
- Experience with integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Experience Platform.
