Helicopter Pilot - HAA

Job Summary

An experienced Helicopter Pilot is required to provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. This role involves working with medical experts to safely transport patients and ensure compliance with FAA and Med-Trans regulations.

Salary Range: $102,072 – $112,280 (includes 15% Geographic Modifier).
Sign‑On Bonus: up to $15,000 subject to eligibility.
Retention Bonus: $40,000 after 3 years plus additional bonuses.

7/7 Schedule.

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift‑change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 total flight hours.
• 1,500 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
• 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided or unaided).

• Aircraft type A119 experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent or higher.
