Warehouse Operator Specialist, Team Lead

Support daily warehouse operations by coordinating the activities of a designated team.
Ensure accurate, efficient, and safe handling of products.
Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Research discrepancies that may occur in the shipping and receiving process.
Will train new and existing associates on current Standard Operating Procedures.
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
Assist with problem-solving and elevate operational issues as needed.
Ensure proper use of equipment, PPE, and adherence to safety policies.
Perform regular quality and inventory checks to minimize errors and damages.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 2-3 years forklift experience.
• Current or prior MHE certification.
• Strong attention to detail accuracy and accomplish job task in a timely manner.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-pace work environment.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Demonstrates expertise in warehouse operations, including team leadership, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards. Proficient in training and coaching team members while ensuring compliance with quality and operational procedures.
