E. Gillman Company (Gillman Chevrolet) seeks a Site Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for our Sharonville dealership. In this on-site role, you will own general ledger management, monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. You'll partner with sales, service, and parts leaders to analyze performance, manage cash flow and inventory, and drive profit improvement.

The Site Controller will supervise accounting staff, support audits, refine processes, and provide clear financial insight to ownership in a customer-focused, community-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealership accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the dealership site
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and manufacturer reporting requirements
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and cost controls to optimize profitability
• Partner with sales, service, and parts managers on financial performance and process improvements
• Lead and mentor accounting support staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory documentation with external partners
• Implement and refine financial policies, procedures, and dealership management system (DMS) controls
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to ownership and senior leadership
