E. Gillman Company (Gillman Chevrolet) seeks an IT Administrator to support dealership systems in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The IT Administrator will manage servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and dealership software to ensure reliable, secure operations across sales, service, and parts. Responsibilities include user and access management, Microsoft 365 and email administration, backups and disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and Tier 1-2 help desk support.

This role partners closely with leadership and vendor partners, offering opportunities for growth, training, and long-term career development in a stable, community-oriented dealership.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, workstations, and core dealership applications
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security in Active Directory and related systems
• Monitor and support network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and Wi Fi
• Provide Tier 1-2 help desk support to dealership staff, resolving IT issues promptly
• Maintain data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity practices to protect business operations
• Coordinate with vendors, Chevrolet/factory systems, and service providers for IT needs
• Document systems, procedures, and asset inventory for compliance and continuity
• Support dealership software (DMS/CRM/service tools) and manage updates and integrations
• Train staff on basic technology use and security best practices
• Participate in IT planning and continuous improvement for a reliable, customer-focused environment
