E. Gillman Company (Gillman Chevrolet) seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our busy retail parts operation. In this role, you will receive, verify, and stock automotive parts, pick and pack orders for our service department and retail customers, and maintain accurate inventory records in our system. You will help keep the parts warehouse clean, organized, and safe, assist with cycle counts and shipping/receiving paperwork, and coordinate with technicians and advisors to ensure timely parts availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive parts and materials
• Accurately stock parts in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for service technicians and retail customers
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and well organized
• Coordinate with service and parts staff to ensure timely parts availability
• Operate basic warehouse equipment in a safe manner
• Assist with returns, core tracking, and warranty parts handling
• Support dealership customer service standards in all warehouse interactions
