Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance, Operations Manager

This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys working alongside technicians, improving equipment reliability, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently.
Work Location & Conditions- Daily onsite role at an active mine site in Ripley, MS
- Work conditions may include uneven terrain, ladders, stairs
, and exposure to heat, rain, mud, dust, and noise - PPE required; physically active role in an industrial environment
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians (up to 50% hands-on coaching
) - Troubleshoot equipment issues and direct repairs to meet MTTR/MTBF goals
- Partner with production leaders to maintain machine efficiency
- Coordinate preventive & predictive maintenance activities
- Work with planner/scheduler to ensure parts availability and inventory accuracy
- Maintain safety, quality, and Oil-Dri standards across all maintenance work
- Support installation of equipment improvements and modifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance leadership or reliability
- Strong mechanical and electrical background (high & low voltage)
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and SOPs
- Experience with CMMS/ERP systems preferred
- Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing full shift
