GRT Rubber in Mississippi is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support the production line by operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment as part of a collaborative team.
The role requires basic reading of instructions, attention to detail, the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work the 2nd shift from 5 pm to 5 am Tue–Thu with occasional OT.
