The Youth Development Professional (YDP) plays a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where young people can learn, grow, and thrive.
This position plans, implements, and evaluates high-quality programs and activities for youth ages 6 to 18 while integrating positive youth development principles into every interaction.
The YDP promotes a positive Club experience by fostering meaningful relationships, encouraging positive behavior, ensuring participant safety, and supporting the overall mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of North Mississippi.
