Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for assisting Project Executives with the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of projects to meet time and cost objectives. This role involves contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions.
Responsibilities- Assist the Site Manager with the overall planning of construction activities.
- Prepare for and execute pre-construction and site orientation meetings with subcontractors.
- Prepare and update the Construction Project Schedule in coordination with Owner's Representatives, Site Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare, expedite, and monitor logs for tracking shop drawings, contract documents, submittals, requests for information, change orders, material delivery logs, and others as necessary for the project.
- Monitor and expedite the delivery of materials.
- Ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable quality standards.
- Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, safety work rules, and all other project-related documents.
- Coordinate and expedite payments from the owner and process invoices and payments to subcontractors.
- Assist in implementing, monitoring, and enforcing all safety work rules on the job site.
- Prepare change proposals, review change orders, and issue change orders to subcontractors.
- Prepare revisions to the master cost breakdown due to change orders and management revisions.
- Document potential schedule delays and notify supervision to request extensions of time and/or additional costs as per contract terms.
- Keep Project Executives fully informed of any and all problem areas on the project in a timely manner.
- Maintain good relationships with the owner, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, municipal authorities, and company personnel involved with the project.
- Actively participate in and/or lead post-bid, buyout, coordination, team, subcontractor, staffing, scheduling, and other meetings.

The work environment involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including owners, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal authorities. The position requires adherence to safety work rules and effective communication to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ripley, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $57.69 - $67.31/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Ripley, TN.
