Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Night shift

Lauderdale Community Living Center is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. Full time | Night shift available, 6pm to 6am.

• Conduct regular direct care rounds on the assigned unit to monitor activity and ensure residents  needs are met, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents.
• Notify the charge nurse of any change in resident condition.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by the charge nurse.
• Complete all assigned duties and documentation as required.
• Coordinate and prepare for new admissions, transfers, and discharges in the Transitional Care Unit.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Ensure infection prevention and control practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing required
