Specialist Billing

As a Billing Specialist, you will coordinate with billing personnel, Project Supervisors/Managers, and customers to set up, maintain, report, invoice, and close out multiple projects. You will organize and develop the materials/labor units into a job/contract for our billing system.

Location:

This position supports projects in Fremont, Rio Dell, CA and outlining areas. It is based in the central location of Ripon, CA.

• Completion of high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project
• Manage lien waivers, permits, and material reconciliation as required for closeout packages
• Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project
• Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project

• 2 years of related work experience
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
• Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills, oral and written
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check

The wage range for Specialist Billing is $30.00 - $36.00.
