Responsible for managing accounts from beginning to end, taking and processing their orders, tracking inventory, assuring deliveries arrive on time, invoicing, and handling billing disputes. Strong background handling client phone and email communications, intermediate Excel, light accounting, and attention to detail with minimum 2 years of experience in managing accounts in an office environment.
