This exciting programme is designed to give you the knowledge and skills to become a successful Parts Advisor in the agricultural industry, working with the globally recognised John Deere brand.

• Managing and navigating John Deere’s advanced parts systems
• Running a profitable parts and retail environment
• Processing internal and retail parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Identifying components using electronic catalogues and systems
• Participating in stock‑taking and warehousing operations
• Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and merchandising
• Delivering excellent customer service and communication

• Work day‑to‑day at your local Ripon Farm Services dealership
• Attend block release training at the John Deere Training Centre
• Be mentored by experienced Parts Advisors and a dedicated manager
• Undertake real‑world tasks and challenges in a supportive environment
• Develop the confidence and capability for a long‑term career

• 5 GCSEs (or predicted) at grade 5/C or above including Maths, English, and Science
• A keen interest in machinery, agriculture, and customer service
• A proactive and self‑motivated attitude
• A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
