Site Supervisor - Ripon, CA

This is a senior-level site leadership assignment intended for an established supervisor with a demonstrated history of successfully leading employees, maintaining strong client relationships, managing complex day-to-day operations, and holding teams accountable to high standards of performance.

The selected candidate will serve as the primary on-site security leader and a critical liaison between the client, Security Officers, and Securitas management.

This individual will be expected to take ownership of the security operation, anticipate and resolve problems, maintain consistent standards across the security team, and ensure that service expectations are executed without requiring continuous management oversight.

This position requires substantially more than security experience alone. Successful candidates must demonstrate mature leadership, operational ownership, sound judgment, employee-management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent Securitas professionally with client leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

The Security Site Supervisor will:

      ●     Provide direct leadership, supervision, coaching, development, and accountability for assigned Security Officers.

      ●     Assume ownership of daily security operations and ensure consistent execution of Securitas and client expectations across all assigned shifts.

      ●     Serve as a primary operational point of contact for client representatives and maintain a professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented client relationship.

      ●     Establish clear performance expectations and hold employees accountable for attendance, punctuality, appearance, conduct, documentation, and job performance.

      ●     Identify employee performance concerns and address them promptly through coaching, documentation, escalation, and appropriate follow-up.

      ●     Conduct regular inspections of personnel, posts, equipment, reports, patrol activity, and overall service delivery.

      ●     Ensure compliance with post orders, access-control requirements, patrol procedures, emergency protocols, safety requirements, and other site-specific procedures.

      ●     Provide leadership during security incidents, emergencies, safety concerns, and unusual events.

      ●     Exercise independent judgment while recognizing circumstances requiring escalation to client or Securitas management.

      ●     Conduct preliminary investigations and fact-finding following incidents or operational concerns.

      ●     Ensure incident reports and other security documentation are timely, accurate, detailed, objective, and professionally written.

      ●     Review daily activity reports, incident reports, passdowns, patrol documentation, and other security records for quality and completeness.

      ●     Maintain operational continuity between shifts through effective communication, passdowns, and follow-up.

      ●     Ensure new employees receive appropriate onboarding, training, post instruction, and site-specific preparation.

      ●     Evaluate employee readiness and identify additional training or development needs.

      ●     Identify potential staffing or coverage concerns early and coordinate with Securitas management to minimize operational disruption.

      ●     Participate in client meetings, operational reviews, investigations, and performance discussions as required.

      ●     Identify recurring operational problems, determine contributing factors, and recommend sustainable corrective actions.

      ●     Partner with Securitas management to continuously improve employee performance, operational consistency, security effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

      ●     Maintain appropriate confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive employee, client, and operational matters.

      ●     Perform additional supervisory and operational responsibilities as assigned.
