• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure (state-specific requirements apply)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to interpret data to inform intervention and support plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to students
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with regulations
