Customer Service Representative – Logistic Position
The role supports a fast‑paced distribution environment. Responsibilities include managing customer orders from entry to delivery, coordinating deliveries, handling billing and invoicing, and collaborating with internal teams and drivers to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Responsibilities- Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up on shipments.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and pricing adjustments.
- Maintain accurate order, billing, and delivery records.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Use Excel to track, update, and report order activity.
- At least 3 years of office‑based customer service experience.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering).
- Experience with order processing, billing, or invoicing.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work early shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Must be local to the Central Valley.
- Must pass a data entry and/or typing speed test.
Stable full‑time schedule with temp‑to‑hire growth.
