As an
** Account Assistant
** based in
** Ripon**, you’ll be responsible for:
* Ensure preparation of intercompany invoices is completed accurately and in advance of deadlines.
* Undertake preparation of payment calculations for quarterly incentive scheme.
* Ensure that staff costs and other expenses are correctly recorded.
* Ensure all required month end inputs are processed accurately and in line with the month end timetable.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday - Friday 08.00-17:00 with 1 hrs break. The role is hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. No weekend work required.

*** An interest in working in Accounting/Finance and keen to learn/develop.
* Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
* Demonstrates good attention to detail, good organisational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence to work cross-functionally with other areas of the business.
