PositionSummary
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Electrical Engineering to lead a highly skilled team of electrical and firmware engineers in developing next-generation products. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, fostering technical excellence, and ensuring product success through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for technology, a hands-on approach to engineering development, and a clear vision for future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of electrical and firmware engineers, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive the design, development, and validation of advanced electrical systems and embedded firmware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, operations, and product management.
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and promote best practices in design and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in engineering, with 6+ years in technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience in embedded firmware, electrical design, and team leadership.
- Strong financial planning and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Ripon, WI, with travel up to 15%.
