DIRECT HIRE - We are looking for a Survey Technician or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to support a variety of land development and infrastructure projects. This position offers a mix of hands‑on fieldwork and opportunities to expand your technical skills while working alongside an experienced team. • Minimum 2+ years of experience in land surveying required
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to project sites
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with survey instruments, CAD, GIS, or similar technology is a plus
• PLS license or progress toward licensure is welcomed but not required
