Actalent in Ripon, WI is seeking a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to identify and implement process improvements across safety, quality, throughput, and cost. You will evaluate equipment, perform capability studies, and support production and maintenance to keep processes running at like-new levels.
The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering and 2–4 years in metal manufacturing or finishing, with Lean, FMEA, and root cause analysis experience;
Creo/AutoCAD is a strong plus and project
