Your Role:

• Collaborate with Product Management to explore and identify new technologies that can be investigated, developed, or modified to enhance our product offerings.
• Partner with our lab to create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and conduct rigorous viability testing.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market dynamics and identify radical innovations that set us apart from the competition.

Key Projects:

• Project #1:Develop, test, and validate new "smart" laundry features.
• Project #2:Design, model, and create prototype laundry components.
• Project #3:Perform data analysis on test results and draft comprehensive test reports.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills and Abilities:

• Proactive, hands-on contributor with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to critically assess and implement new ideas.
• Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Education:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or Physics

Physical Requirements:

• The role involves a mix of sitting for extended periods, occasional standing, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting. Manual dexterity is also required.
