Position

Wolverton Glen
, a senior living community in Ripon, WI, is seeking a full‑time Resident Assistant (RA) to enrich the lives of our residents. Current openings are on the PM and NOC shifts. Starting wages up to $16 per hour, with a $1 differential for weekdays and $1.50 for weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) to meet each resident’s needs.
  • Dress and undress residents, ensuring clothing is clean and seasonally appropriate.
  • Administer medication passes.
  • Provide personal hygiene support (shaving, dental hygiene, nail care, hair care, foot care).
  • Monitor use of mobility devices (cane, walker, wheelchair, crutches) and safe transfer techniques.
  • Care for ADL devices such as eyeglasses, contact lenses, and hearing aids.
  • Assist with telephone use and repair, hearing and vision adaptive devices.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, bed making, and bed changes.
  • Laundry and mail delivery.
  • Assist residents with medication administration, monitoring supplies and documenting.
  • Observe and report changes in residents’ physical condition, cognitive and emotional status.
  • Conduct room checks and resident rounds.
  • Monitor for environmental safety hazards and record incidents, errors, or accidents.
  • Assist with dining tasks, encouraging resident independence.
  • Participate in and support resident‑centered activity programs.
  • Perform light cleaning as needed.
  • Use tactful, diplomatic communication in potentially sensitive situations.
  • Act as an ambassador and public relations representative to guests and visitors.
  • Maintain all required certifications for employment.
  • Thoroughly complete appropriate records, service plans, and other documentation in a timely manner.
