Job Summary:This position will provideandadminister occupational physical therapy to patients and residents in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Compensation:$45.00 - $55.00 per hour, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:Must uphold the professional, legaland ethical standards of practice for occupational therapy as defined by the AOTA and State Practice Act
Responsible for service and operational excellence of all assigned activities to ensure the delivery of quality services and/or outcomes required to meet or exceed the expectations of those utilizing or impacted by the rehab dept
Performs initial patient examination, evaluation, interpretation of referrals, and creates the initial plan of care for each patient and revises as appropriate
Creates and maintainsa patient record for each patient treatment
Performs other duties as required and/or assigned

Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited educational program in occupational therapy.
Licensed in the state in which they will be practicing.
Must notbe excluded or sanctioned from state or federal program.
Demonstrate professional attitude and appearance.
Proficient administrative and communication within department and facility and company.
Thorough knowledge of the principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in the practice of their discipline.
Display working knowledge of multidisciplinary practice scopes in the Outpatient, ALF, ILF and/or LTC setting.
Thorough knowledge of all payer source documentation and payment requirements.
Ability to use analytical skills to develop outcome driven solutions.
