SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Cook to join our great team and help with our Food Trailer in the evenings and also weekends during sporting events on a beautiful, private campus. Your knowledge and skills will also be used in upper-level catering events and scratch cooking for our campus community.

Hours will fluctuate depending on our campus schedule and campus events. Typical evening hours can be scheduled between 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., with weekend events following the home athletics schedules.

$18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

• Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations.
• Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
• Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
• Oversees food outlets and catering events menus and production

• Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
• Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
