This is the kind of HR role where you’re more than a policy expert—you’re a trusted coach, a resource for employees, and a steady presence during a critical production shift. I’m working with a highly stable, global manufacturer that’s been around for over 100 years and continues to set the standard for operational excellence across the industry.

• You’ll support a large, well‑run production operation with more than 600 employees on‑site—including union members.
• The HR team is collaborative and respected, and you’ll be the point person for 2nd shift operations.

• Serve as the HR presence on‑site during 2nd shift (11 am–7 pm or 12 pm–8 pm; option for longer M–Th and shorter Fridays)
• Support supervisors and managers with employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Provide guidance on benefits, policies, and employee concerns
• Partner with union leadership and support labor relations—experience here is a must
• Conduct and lead internal investigations when needed

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong employee relations and coaching background
• Labor relations experience—either in a union environment or through direct involvement in investigations
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in real time

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000
