Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join a well-established, fast-paced manufacturing facility in Ripon, Wisconsin. This weekend night shift position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are technically skilled, safety-minded, and eager to work in a stable, team-oriented environment.

You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based systems that are vital to daily production.



Key Responsibilities

• Design and troubleshoot electrical and PLC systems used to control machinery and industrial equipment
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to install or modify systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant machinery
• Replace and test electrical components including motors, transformers, fixtures, breakers, and panels
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor lower-level technicians
• Use CMMS software for part searches and maintenance logging
• Adhere to strict safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized workspace

• 2-year Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and system calibration
• Strong computer skills to input and retrieve data in CMMS platforms
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
