Manufacturing Production Supervisor – Weekend 1st Shift

Location: Ripon, WI
Schedule: 1st Shift | Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (additional days as needed)
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 (up to $85,000 + 5% performance bonus)

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
. This frontline leadership role is responsible for safety, production, quality, and team development within our stamping press operations
. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who thrives on continuous improvement, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

• Champion a safety-first culture
  ; conduct audits, investigations, and safety training
• Supervise day-to-day stamping press production
  , ensuring quality, throughput, and on-time delivery
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members; support cross-training and skill development
• Coordinate manpower and workflow to meet aggressive production schedules
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, downtime, scrap, and efficiency; implement corrective actions
• Partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, and union representatives as needed

• 1–3+ years of manufacturing supervision in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience overseeing stamping press operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Proven servant leadership and team development skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations (preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
