Production Supervisor – Stamping Press | Weekend 2nd Shift | Ripon, WI

Shift: Weekend 2nd Shift (Fri–Sun, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM) |
Salary: $75K–$85K + $500/mo shift differential + Benefits

Role Overview :We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee our stamping press operations. You will lead, coach, and empower your team to achieve production targets, maintain quality, and ensure safety. This role emphasizes servant leadership, continuous improvement, and fostering an engaged, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture, enforce policies, conduct audits, and lead incident investigations.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and train operators; promote cross-training and skill growth; address employee concerns and interface with union stewards as needed.
- Production Oversight: Supervise stamping press operations, monitor workflow, optimize manpower, and ensure production goals, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives; reduce downtime, scrap, and bottlenecks; implement process improvements.
- Reporting & Communication: Maintain production, safety, and quality records; collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably stamping press operations
- Proven servant leadership skills with experience leading teams of 10+ employees
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing, or Operations preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stoop, bend, and stand for long periods
