Finishing Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift | Ripon, WI

Location: Ripon, WI |
Shift: 2nd Shift (Mon–Thu, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM; occasional Fri OT) |
Salary:Competitive + Benefits

Compensation info: Max salary is $85k + 5% Metric Bonus + Shift differential amounting to $6,000 annually.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Finishing Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift to lead our production team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. You'll ensure safe, efficient operations while fostering a motivated, empowered workforce. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with experience driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 10–50 production team members in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain a safety-first culture and enforce OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training and performance feedback.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Kanban methods.
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet quality and efficiency goals.
  • Conduct regular audits, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with safety and production standards.
  • Partner with union representatives and technical staff as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations preferred.
  • 1–3 years supervising production teams in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership skills with a servant leadership mindset
    .
  • Hands‑on experience implementing Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Kanban practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and team development skills.
