2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Manufacturing & Welding

Job Title: Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Manufacturing, Fabrication & Welding)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Mon–Thu 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM | Occasional Friday OT
Salary: $70,000–$85,000/year + $500/month shift differential + 5% bonus

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and coach a fast-paced manufacturing team. This 2nd shift role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience in medium/high-volume manufacturing who is passionate about lean operations, team development, and continuous improvement
. You'll ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety goals are met while empowering your team to succeed.

• Lead, coach, and mentor team leaders and production staff to drive safety, quality, and efficiency
  .
• Oversee daily production operations to meet schedules and metrics.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction) and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper training and development for team leaders and members.
• Handle employee relations, including interfacing with union stewards when necessary.
• Monitor production KPIs and report progress to management.

• Required:1–3 years supervisory experience in medium/high-volume manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset

• Experience in fabrication and/or welding preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, coaching, and team management skills
  .
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing environment
