Are you a hands‑on manufacturing leader with corrugated industry expertise? We're seeking a Production Manager to lead plant operations and drive performance across safety, quality, machine uptime, cost, waste reduction, and process reliability in a high‑speed manufacturing environment.

In this role, you'll partner closely with plant leadership to optimize operations, strengthen cross‑functional teams, and help position the facility as a low‑cost producer and preferred supplier for customers. Your leadership will directly influence operational performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead overall plant performance

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ years of production management experience
• Corrugated paper industry experience required
• Deep manufacturing knowledge, including corrugating and converting equipment
