Position Overview:

We are currently hiring Production Team Members for a well-established food manufacturer in Ripon. This is a hands-on role with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment safely and effectively
• Package and label food products according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support quality control efforts throughout the production process
• Follow all safety and food handling guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Prior general manufacturing experience required
• Food production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to reliability
