Walsworth in Wisconsin is seeking a Bindery - Operator I responsible for set up, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Perfect Binders. This role supports a 4-day schedule with shift hours 3pm to 1am and Friday 1pm to 9pm if needed.
You will lead a crew, train new operators, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with maintenance for timely repairs and process improvements. Muller Martini experience is preferred.
