Walsworth is seeking a Bindery - Operator I to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Monarch-equipped bindery equipment. The role includes leading crew members and coordinating with maintenance to meet production schedules.
Strong reading comprehension and communication skills are essential for smooth shift transitions. Minimum 6 months in a bindery role and 1 year in Bindery-Operator I or equivalent are required;
Muller Martini experience is preferred.
