What you
27ll tackle

Own daily start-up meetings covering safety, quality, HR, and production goals.

Onboard and mentor 82D12 team members; be the go-to contact for new hires.

Ensure adherence to safety procedures; secure proper PPE when needed.

Keep metrics current: maintain KPIs and other zone indicators.

Drive visual control and discipline:
Hour by Hour Boards, 5S audits, DuPont STOP observations, and work stacks.

Build, maintain, and audit Team Member Standard Work.

Elevate production or systemic concerns to the Group Leader quickly.

Maintain strong communication with Team Leads and Leaders from shift to shift.

Leverage SAP to support material and process flow.

Pitch in on other duties as business needs evolve.

What you bring

Experience leading people (workplace or volunteer).Knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferred).Servant-leadership approach and people-first mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication; sharp problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Proven leadership track record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Essential physical abilities

Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending

Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
