About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal / Administrative Assistant to support our busy immigration practice. This role is primarily administrative in nature and focuses on preparing immigration forms, managing case documentation, and communicating with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and assemble immigration forms and application packages
- Communicate with clients regarding document collection and case updates
- Assist attorneys with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending matters
- Korean language proficiency (required)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Prior immigration or legal office experience preferred but not required
