You will serve as an in‑store brand ambassador, focusing on selling industry‑leading connectivity solutions while creating lifelong customers through exceptional customer service.

Your leaders and peers will support your growth and provide opportunities to achieve sales targets within Optimum’s lucrative compensation plan.

• Connection builder: communicate with customers, create a positive environment, listen to needs, and guide them to the right products and services.
• Store Expert: be a product expert, stay up to date with telecommunications/mobile trends, educate customers, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Problem Solver: assist with billing and service questions, process payments, trades, equipment issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Brand Ambassador: represent the company values, demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, and leave a positive lasting impression.
• Team Builder: collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, handle complex inquiries, and support a collaborative team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of retail selling experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35 miles to other stores if required.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Full‑time availability, including weekends.
• Bi‑lingual preferred.

Pay is competitive: $33,696.00–$55,357.00 per year, based on experience.
