Requirements:
• Valid Minnesota Dental Hygienist license
• Tech-savvy with digital records (including digital x-rays, digital scanner, pano, and photos).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health & preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to help our patients by:
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments:
Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.
• Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care:
Prophylaxis Cleanings, Scaling & Root Planing, Polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.
• Patient
Education:
Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques.
