Production Support 1st Shift River Falls
Join a growing team of over 900 employees at a company with more than $150 million in annual sales, specializing in aluminum extrusion, fabrication, and finishing services. This position works Monday to Thursday 5:30am-3:30pm, with occasional overtime on Fridays.
What You'll Do:
Support production operations by prepping, loading/unloading, sanding, and packaging materials. You'll ensure quality standards are met, maintain a clean and safe work area, and operate small hand tools like sanders and blow-off guns. Tasks include:
- Inspecting and reporting quality issues
- Packaging and racking parts to spec
- Prepping surfaces for finishing (sanding, buffing, wiping)
- Supporting paint line operations
- Maintaining supply levels and PPE compliance
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to read, count, and perform basic math
- Familiarity with hand tools and paint line work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
