Must be licensed in Wisconsin. We are seeking team members who are looking to grow with us beyond the summer months.

• A $3,000 sign on bonus (full time)!
• Full time: 2nd shift
• Starting pay: $25/hour + shift differentials

• 8-hour shifts
• 65-bed facility

• Provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols
• Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs
• Immediately report any violation of the Residents' Bill of Rights

• Current Wisconsin CNA license (required)
• Completion of an approved CNA training program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Service-focused mindset with a desire to learn
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
