Our client is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes throughout the Norridge and River Grove areas. This position focuses on delivering skilled nursing care and emotional support that ensures comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and their families.

Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, manage symptoms, administer medications, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary hospice team. Provide education and guidance to families throughout the hospice process.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Minimum of one year of professional RN experience (Hospice experience preferred)
• Current BLS and CPR certification (training support available if needed)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Full‑time, Monday through Friday with flexible hours. No extended shifts and minimal weekend requirements.
