Seasonal Office Assistant

About us:

LHR Insurance is a family-owned business serving clients across insurance, tax preparation, and DMV services. We're looking for a seasonal Office Assistant to join our Riverbank office for tax season.

Job summary:

This is a seasonal position running from mid-November through mid-April, ideal for someone looking for seasonal work rather than a long-term role. You'll support a fast-paced office by handling high call volumes and assisting across our insurance, tax, and DMV departments as needed.

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Greet and assist clients in a fast-paced office environment
• Provide support across multiple departments, including insurance, taxes, and DMV services
• Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and client needs at once
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members in both English and Spanish

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
• Willingness to work across different departments, including insurance, taxes, and DMV
• Must be available to work the full duration of tax season (mid-November through mid-April)
